Sponsorship Opportunities

ILGISA is proud to offer year-round sponsorship opportunities. These year-round sponsorship options will allow for companies and organizations supporting ILGISA’s mission to gain more exposure throughout the entire year, rather than only at the ILGISA Annual Conference.

ILGISA sponsorships will also include a select number of ILGISA memberships, depending on which level of sponsorship is chosen. These sponsorships (and memberships) will be based on the calendar year and will be invoiced for renewal automatically. Sponsorship invoices which are not paid by March 31st will be considered lapsed.

An exhibit booth at the ILGISA Annual Conference is included with all sponsor types. Please note, ILGISA will now require a sponsorship in order to exhibit at the Annual Conference.

Sponsors can also customize their sponsorship by choosing to add-on one (or many) of the optional add-on’s.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the sponsorship period?

ILGISA sponsorships are based on the calendar year, from January 1st – December 31st. Renewal invoices are typically sent in December. If a renewal invoice is not paid by March 31st, the sponsorship (and accompanying memberships) will be considered lapsed.

Can I purchase one of the ‘optional add-on’ sponsorships without purchasing one of the annual sponsorships?

Yes, but be aware that the optional add-on sponsorships do not include any memberships, registrations to the Conference, or an exhibit booth. They are only for what is specified in the add-on grid.

How do I pay my sponsorship invoice?

When signing up for a sponsorship, you will be instructed to select a main contact for your account. This main contact will be notified of any new invoices. These invoices can be paid by check or with a credit card. In order to pay by credit card, the main contact must login to their profile on the ILGISA website and select “pay open invoices.” You could also call ILGISA staff at 630-942-6584 to make a payment over the phone.

I’ve selected a sponsorship level that includes registrations to the Annual Conference. How do I register?

The sponsorship registration form will ask you to include names for Annual Conference attendees. If you are unsure of who will attend the Annual Conference at the time of sponsor registration, you can enter ‘TBD’ and reach back out to ILGISA staff as the event nears to register your included attendees.

I’ve selected a sponsorship level that includes an exhibit booth at the Annual Conference. How do I sign up?

Your company will automatically be registered for an exhibit booth. You do not need to contact us to reserve your spot. ILGISA staff will be in communication with you regarding booth assignments, door prizes, silent auction items, and other items leading up to the Conference.

How do I change the individuals named on our membership?
