Below are ILGISA policies, bylaws and other important documents.  Policy and Procedures can be adopted, waived, and amended by resolution of the Executive Board.  The Bylaws of the Illinois GIS Association are presented below as amended and approved.  Changes to the Bylaws may be enacted by the Board but must be voted on by the membership.
