Important note: In order to receive the discounted member rate, each member must log-in to their member account and register themselves. If you attempt to register a 'guest' under your account, they will automatically receive the non-member rate. The only exception to this is Organizational Members registering their colleagues who are linked profiles.

Cancellation Policy: There will be no refund for cancellations after October 5, 2026. No-shows are responsible for the full fee.
