Registration Rates

 

Important note: In order to receive the discounted member rate, each member must log-in to their member account and register themselves. If you attempt to register a 'guest' under your account, they will automatically receive the non-member rate. The only exception to this is Organizational Members registering their colleagues who are linked profiles.

Cancellation Policy: There will be no refund for cancellations after October 5, 2026. No-shows are responsible for the full fee.

Fun on the Farm Field Trip *Optional Add On*

On Sunday, October 18th, celebrate precision agriculture in Illinois by joining this trip to Wild Organics Farm in Pekin, IL. Attendees will have the chance to ride in a GPS-enabled combine and hear how local farmers Rob & Eric Wildermuth use drones as part of their operations. The field trip will depart from the conference hotel at 3:00pm sharp and we need attendees to volunteer to drive/carpool.
