The Illinois GIS Association (ILGISA) invites you to participate in our 2012 Spring Conference. Goals of the conference program are to bring together researchers, developers, users, faculty and students and practitioners to identify common issues, solve shared problems and foster interdisciplinary discussions and research in all aspects of geospatial technologies.
Since 1994, the Illinois GIS Conference has been a regional leader in providing education and information about GIS methods, research and technologies. Participants who attend are professionals from Illinois and surrounding states utilizing GIS technology. They are decision makers, managers and staff employed in state and local government, utilities, education, health care, social services and public safety.
As the largest gathering of geospatial professionals in the region, you will find the ILGISA conferences to be an excellent opportunity to increase visibility and exposure within the Illinois geospatial community. Having a presence at the conference solidifies your position as an important leader in geospatial technologies and provides a forum to communicate with a targeted audience of professionals.
Our conferences bring together representatives from government agencies, academia, nonprofits and businesses that have an interest in geospatial research, applications and news in Illinois and the Midwest. On behalf of the Illinois GIS Association, we invite you to exhibit at ILGISA’s Spring 2012 Conference: April 18-19, 2012 at the I-Hotel & Conference Center, Champaign, IL. As a special incentive, we are also offering reduced exhibitor registration rates if you also commit to exhibiting at ILGISA's Fall Conference: October 16-17, 2012 at the NIU Naperville Campus, Naperville, IL, but you must REGISTER by mail by February 10, 2012.
We are again committed to making vendor exhibits a significant focus of the conference.
